Beginning her education in Compton, CA, Daphne’s family moved to Inglewood where she completed high school at St. Mary’s Academy and graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BS in Finance. Presently, a 31 year resident of Ladera Heights, Daphne is a grassroots candidate committed to amplifying the voices of Los Angeles County constituents. With a clear vision for safer communities, she will prioritize public safety by implementing common-sense policies and initiatives that foster a secure environment for all. Ms. Bradford’s current partnerships with various Los Angles County law enforcement agencies demonstrates her ability to create community based relationships with police, constituents, schools and businesses.
