Food Science

Inspired by her love of food, science, and gardening, Daphne Bradford has been educating students K-12 since 2007 through her non-profit Mother Of Many. Incorporating organic gardening with cooking, preserving, jamming, and other food science techniques, the goal of the program is to expose students to various college and career opportunities focused on science, engineering and agriculture technology. Ms. Bradford includes a Botanical Engineering program to introduce the students to botany, irrigation design and environmental engineering.
